My hearing may not be as good as others BUT, when people are leaving me messages they often speak too fast for their message to be understood. Most of us can not return messages if they can not be understood. Some one left two messages on my home machine,they spoke so softly and so fast replaying a half dozen times was no help in identifying where the call came from. So please help each one do there task, by slowing down a bit. Thanks --Gala
